Although Grove Place is currently a back alley used for trash and parking, we believe that it can be transformed into a more inviting public space. We are committed to working with the Downtown Brooklyn Partnership to revitalize the area, using the alleyway as an entrance to the upper floor offices on Fulton, Livingston, and Nevins Streets, which are largely vacant now. We also envision bringing in unique and exciting retailers to occupy the ground floor spaces along Grove Place. We hope that with the right occupants, the retailers will become destination spots and draw the public to Grove Place.
